Educators are upset that a proposed two-year state budget from Governor Ted Strickland includes cuts to funding for an early childhood program. The assistant director of a preschool in Alliance says without the early learning initiative, many kids would fall behind or fail in kindergarten. Strickland and lawmakers are working to cover a 3.2 billion dollar gap in the state's two-year budget.
