He's also handling nationwide forecasts on such stations as
WTOP in Washington, DC., WIOD in Miami, WLAC in Nashville, and WNIS in Norfolk.
A native of Dunwoody, Georgia, Geoff has attended The University of Georgia,
Georgia State University, and the Connecticut School of Broadcasting.
He was first heard as a radio talent for The Weather Channel Radio Network in November 1995.
It's no surprise parrot-head's special interest is tropical weather, and hurricanes in particular.

In February of 2000, Geoff joined The Weather Channel's Tropical Team.
